Worst Beaches in California. Long Beach in LA the Worst.

You might want to think twice about heading to the LA, California beaches this year. 22 out of 25 beaches in the Long Beach shoreline received C, D or F grades from the environmental group Heal The Bay. Los Angeles County has seven of the top ten lowest rated beaches. Makes me want to head east rather than west. I always thought that California beaches were the place to go.

Well, there´s one of the biggest harbours in the world there, and oilexploring and other heavy industries. And of course The L.A and California is a crowded area, 36 million living theree today and the estimates say 50 million by 2025.
But there´s plenty of clean and healthy beaches, even within the cities, just google for waterreports and you will find some nice areas!

The western world ends in California, but what an ending!

I’m sure that there are some beautiful clean beaches in California, I was just surprised that these were some popular beaches, yet were not very clean. I would love to come out there to the Pacific Ocean. I’ve never made it to California yet.
