Working and Your Vacation. Do You Work While on Vacation.

So according to this AP-Ipsos poll, 1 in 5 people took their laptops on vacation with them. Huh. I guess that shouldn’t surprise me, my dad takes his everywhere he goes. I plan on taking mine when I go to Jamaica. But then I certainly don’t plan on working. Yeah, it’s my work laptop, but work? On vacation? Isn’t that why we have vacation, to get away from work? I plan on sending pictures to everybody of me on the beach. Plus I want my computer to play music while I’m on the beach. Got some Jimmy Buffett and Bob Marley. Other than that, no email (except for sending pictures to make everyone jealous), no IM, no work and no nothing anything. I don’t want to know what’s going on back at the office. That’s why I have a boss, so he can worry about it. Of course I’ll blog while I’m there, but that’s a little different. Maybe.
