Winters Coming, and I Want the Beach
The first snow fall this season came down yesterday. And today. And probably tomorrow. If you can’t tell, I’m not very excited. I mean, like winter and Christmas and everything, I just wouldn’t mind it if winter were only one month long. When it starts in November and doesn’t leave until March, I’m hating life. I never got used to the cold after I moved back from North Carolina. Unfortunately, my wife loves the cold, and the snow, and especially those together with Christmas.
I want the beach. No, let me clarify, I want a WARM beach. Somewhere down south. As Jimmy Buffett says, “I need to go where it’s warm.”
That’s a beautiful picture and all, but when was the last time you saw a beach bum wearing a winter coat.

Wow…I managed to miss the snow. While it was falling, I was kicked back on Fort Lauderdale beach. I got to hear about the snow from family at night. We also made it to Orient Beach (the non-nude side) in St. Maarteen and made it to the sunset beach bar at maho bay to watch the low flying aircraft. We had a great time.
Jerk, thanks for rubbing it in (ha). Must have been nice down there.
