You have to visit Puerto Rico’s west coast. Surf towns like Isabela,Aguadilla and Rincon are pure paradise. I myself left the states to live the beach bum life. And being in a small island like PR I also get to hike in tropical forest, visit caves, waterfalls, dry forests, take the ferry to beautiful islands like Vieques and Culebra, all less than a couple of hours drive. It is amazing like I can be in a tropical beach and in half an hour I’m in some cave up in the mountains. If you need pics from this area let me know and I will send you some.

Flamenco Beach – Culebra Island, Puerto Rico
is truely a great beach. We went there last may and found the beach to be the best beach i have ever been to. We had a group 4 couples and we walked down the beach about 500 yds to get away from the rest of the visitors. We left the girls on the beach and went across the small hill to the other side of the beach to do some of the best snorkling any of us have ever done. A definate must visit if you are in the area.
