Top Ten US Beaches of 2007. The Best Beaches in the Country

Ok. What a job. Traveling around the country and going to beaches to find out which is the best. Where do I sign up? Dr. Stephen Leatherman is Dr. Beach. Dr. Beach is the Professor and Director of the Laboratory for Coastal Research from Florida International University. Apparently he uses that as an excuse to go to the beach. He’s the man. I told my boss that I had a blog about the beach so I need to go do research, and he just laughed.
So Dr. Beach’s top ten beaches in the US are:
1. Ocracoke Lifeguarded Beach, Outer Banks, North Carolina – National Winner
