Our New Puppy

This last week has been pretty light as far as posting to the blog. The first week of the month usually is busy with trying to get stuff together for my clients, but this week has been especially busy because my wife and I got a puppy. He’s a little lab and cocker spaniel mix. A bit different, but ok.

We weren’t sure how the cat would handle it, but she’s done amazingly well. The cat isn’t the nicest to people. She loves us, and loves to sleep on us, but not towards other people. The dog on the other hand, loves anybody and everybody, well almost. I took him to the track yesterday morning and he didn’t do very well around the much older black lab. He peed himself while I was holding him. Then he was scared of the people who had the lab. He was (and still is) scared of the cat.

Anyway, this really has nothing to do with the beach, except that the people we got him from said he loves to swim. So if we go to the beach, he’ll get along just fine.
