A Beach Wish List
I was looking at pictures of beaches on the internet, and thought, “I should make a list of places I want to go.” So here it is. Some beaches, with pictures, that I really want to get to someday.
Bora Bora Beach
When I think of a tropical island resort, I think of something like Bora Bora Beach. This is beyond description. Huts along a dock on the water that is almost white it’s so clear. Wow. Someday I’ll stay in a hut on the water of the Pacific Ocean.
Tagbulo Island Beach

Tagbulo Island is what I think of when I imagine a deserted island. This is where I need to be to get away from everything. I think I could stay here for months at a time.
Tobago Cays Beach

Tobago Cays beach looks like the epitome of a Caribbean paradise. Palm tree lined beaches and mountain islands make for out of this world beach pics.
La Digue Beach Saychelles

La Digue looks like the setting for a movie such as Robinson Crusoe or some similar castaway type movie. Exotic scenery with perfect beaches makes this paradise. The Indian Ocean has some beautiful places, and the Seychelles La Digue beach looks like one of the best.
New Providence Island Beach, Bahamas

The Bahamas are just another word for beautiful beaches. These are the standard by which other places are judged.
Phi Phi Beach, Thailand

Phi Phi beach is very exotic and private. Surrounded my mountain forests, these perfect beaches are just what you need to get away from life for a while.
Maybe I’ll post some more beach pics later. Visiting these beaches should keep me busy for a while.
If you have any beaches you would like to go to, or think that the beaches you’ve been to should go on this list, please leave me a comment.

it’s beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love it!!!!
I love the beach soo much and im like 100 miles from the nearest one
I’m glad that everyone likes my picks so much. These are some pretty exotic places, so who knows if I’ll ever get there.
Nice list! I have been to two of the beaches on your list: the Tobago Cays and PhiPhi Beach (Maya Bay). The Cays are really nice, it consist of five islands and is very peacefull with its white beaches and the ocean has all shades of blue you can imagine. A perfect place to visit by boat and just lounge around.
Maya Bay in PhiPhi is the most beautifull bay i have ever seen. The secluding mountains make it really special. It is somehow spoiled by tourism though, so the best thing to do is to stay at the nearby island of PhiPhi Don and go there by a longtail boat in the early morning or late afternoon when all day-tourists are on their way back home.
Good luck and i hope you will get to visit all places on your list!
Niels,
Wow, that is awesome. Thanks for the tips, and feel free let everyone know any more beaches you’ve been to.

ship wreck beach on the greek island of zankythos is the most spectacular beach ive seen
You forgot PALAWAN!
More particularly, El Nido (Bacuit Bay) and Coron/Culion islands of Palawan.
Jacques Cousteau is quoted as saying that Palawan (northern palawan) is the most beautiful place he had ever seen in his entire life (and you know he’s been to ALL the beaches you mentioned and virtually everyother in the world as well).
Ive been to Phi Phi and I thought it was destroyed by tourism, all the coral was terribly damaged from ignorant tourists stepping on it. It was also very busy, extremely touristy.
El Nido/Bacuit Bay was by far more beautiful, its alot like Phi Phi but infinitely more beautiful and practically virgin in that tourism hasnt destroyed the environment as its not nearly as well known a place (thankfully).
Coron/Culion are islands north of El Nido, and theyre even more incredible. All of these are part of Palawan province of the Philippines, the northern part. The central/southern part of Palawan is more like the carribean (low lying sand cays) whereas northern Palawan is more like Ha Long Bay in Vietnam, Guilin in China, or Phi Phi in Thailand, huge verticle cliffs dropping straight down into coral fringed azure seas with underwater walls continuing the plunge deep into the blue abyss.
this is so cool, damn if only i could get the right man who treats me wit respect then take me all this places it could b so much fun i know it.but all this still
a dream.may be later i can take myself
is there a beachbum (find your travelcompanion site)…..around….etc…..sp.for those who want to go to/or find the perfect beach..etc..but who do not want to travel/or go alone…..kindly yell me…thanks love soami..great job…cool.
There are a number of these sites. I don’t want to recommend any of them because I have no experience with them, but if you search for ‘travel companion’ in Google, you will find some.
it all is soooo pretty but i hope u people never get to go
Why would you hope that nobody ever gets to go to these beaches?
i wish i could go to bora bora with my mum to see were she lived when she was little
i agree with daniel regarding the gorgeous and beautiful beaches in northern PALAWAN, Philippines!!! there’s quite a number of them i have gone to on a privately-owned yacht(which is by the way,THE best way to see those islands!:-))…we went in january of last year—sailed around, went island-hopping, scuba diving, wreck diving, cave-exploring and just hanged out on the pristine powdery white sand beaches–many still untouched by tourism—which is great!!!they were just simply GORGEOUS!!! the resorts on lagen and el nido islands are pretty well known. they are beautiful and well-appointed! but i really hope the islands and the beaches around there stay as gorgeous as they are for a VERY VERY long time…
Harbour Island Beach is my favorite by far. In North Eleuthera, Bahamas
BoraBora is even more beautiful the pictures show , I was very fortunate that I was able to go there , Tahiti was always my dream ….and BoraBora is beyond description by words …Amazing . Also the people are warm , loving , kind and very generous with thier smiles and sincerity . You will LOVE it there , I know I never want to leave and come back home …My next stop will be Phi Phi Thailand …. it looks so majestic .. Thanks for the pictures .
I haven’t been to these nice places. I want rest after hard working. Who can invite me to Thailand to rest? Hmmmmm……. I am waiting for somebody’s inviting. Good luck every one and also lovely days with hot weather.
Going to la dique in just under 4 weeks….3rd visit and paradise doesnt get any better than this eden..will post images when back
have you tried Boracay in Philippines?
La Digue Beach Seychelles takes some beating. The Bahamas have many untouched spots which are well worth a look in.
